The HI-LO ABEC 7 608 Skate Bearings are an excellent choice for having an extra bearing kit on hand to replace any damaged or un-performing bearing.  The kit includes 16 HI-LO ABEC 7 bearings that are pre-spun at the factory in order to provide players a bearing that is good to go right away. Bauer and Mission Hockey make these ABEC 7 bearings which can be found in their new Vapor XR500 skates, helping roller hockey players excel in their skating. This kit also includes bearing spacers for 6mm and 8mm axles.
