Processing Your Order
Order Confirmation & Payment: Once your online or phone order is confirmed and payment is received, we aim to ship it out the same day. Please allow up to 24 hours for payment processing (especially for Direct Debit payments).
Shipping Timeframes: We understand you want your gear fast! Here’s a breakdown of estimated delivery times based on your location:
- North Island: Enjoy one-day or overnight delivery via New Zealand Couriers.
- South Island: Orders typically arrive within two-four business days using New Zealand Couriers’ inter-island service.
Important Notes:
- Delivery Estimates: Please remember these are estimated timeframes and don’t include the day your order is placed. Shipment starts the following business day.
- Courier Collection Times: To ensure your order gets picked up for shipment as soon as possible, we have two daily courier collection times, Monday to Friday, at 12pm and 2pm. Orders placed before these times will be prioritized for same-day shipment.
- Weekends & Holidays: Factor in additional shipping time for weekends and public holidays.
- Courier Service: We partner with third-party couriers, so while we ensure your order leaves our warehouse promptly, we cannot control their delivery schedules.
- Delayed or Damaged Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or if it’s damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@centreice.co.nz or 09-828-0947.
