BAUER ELBOW PAD SIZING GUIDELINES

With your arm bent at a 90° angle, measure the length from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease. Correspond your arm measurement to an elbow pad size using the table below. If you are in between two sizes, you can choose to go with the smaller size for a better range of motion and a more snug fit. Going larger will provide you with a little more coverage in protection and more volume in the fit.

2021 Bauer Intermediate Sizing Update: If you previously wore a Bauer Junior LG Elbow Pad, select an Intermediate MD. If you previously wore a Bauer Senior SM Elbow Pad, select an Intermediate LG. Bauer designed these new Intermediate sizes to better fit the body of players between Junior and Senior sizing.
